Because I am a Gen-Xer, I am slightly terrified about privacy in this environment. In terms of schools, at least the one I work at, I think the issue is not what we do about 6th sense, but what we do about the innovations in technology in the last 10-years. We are, in many cases, still using the same educational paradigm as the industrial revolution in a different world. At my school, we are really just dabbling with what technology can facilitate without questioning the pedagogical model underpinning it. The emphasis has been on stuff, not learning. 6th-sense is extraordinary and the consequences of the adoption of this are difficult to imagine. Knowing stuff is becoming virtually irrelevant. The shame of it would be that when we open a book or meet a person, we are distracted by the information we are receiving and don't read the book or meet the person! Fantastic thought-provoking workshop, by the way. Thanks Robert
